Eileen A. Peters

Eileen A. Peters, age 84, of Rockledge, and formerly of Edgewater, died Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Autumn House in Viera.  Born in New York City, Mrs. Peters was a retired baker.  She was a member of Grace Community Church of New Smyrna Beach, the V. F. W. Auxiliary in Edgewater, and the Red Hat Ladies.

Survivors include two daughters, Josette Jones and husband, Thomas of Jacksonville and Joanne Barlow and husband, Donald of Rockledge; a brother, Robert Mullen and wife, Rose, of Richland, North Carolina; grandchildren, Amanda and Nicholas Barlow of New York City, and Josette Coyle of Charleston, South Carolina; and a great-granddaughter, Rachel Coyle of Charleston.

Her funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 5 at the Settle-Wilder New Smyrna Beach Chapel, with the Reverend Donald Shobert, Beachside Baptist Church, officiating.  Entombment will follow in the Veterans Wall of Honor, Sea Pines Memorial Gardens, Edgewater.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. Friday until service time.
