Chels and Rory and family my sincerest condolences. Frank was my privilege to get to know and sit and watch races with. A great man. He will truly be missed. May God be with you all during this time. Rest in peace Frank.

Dear Sharon, Renee, Chelsea and Rorey,
Sending you loving thoughts and prayers. I only met Frank one time so didn't know him well. I enjoyed seeing the beautiful video and felt like your husband and father was a man happy with his family, his chosen profession and his hobbies, and his little dog. This world is surely sadder without him in it. God bless and be with you all.
