Kevin Michael Smith

Kevin Michael Smith, age 47, of Edgewater, died Sunday, May 13, 2018 at his residence.  Born in Landstuhl, Germany, Kevin moved to this area 36 years ago from Massachusetts.

  
A former chef, Kevin enjoyed playing the guitar, cooking, NASCAR, collecting Hotwheels and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include his daughter, Celeste “Nikki Noodle” Smith, of Crystal River; 2 sons, Devon Smith and his wife, Samantha, of Crystal River and Jacob Robinson, of Texas; mother, Betty Bellegue, of New Smyrna Beach; Fiancé, Jennifer Halbedel, of Edgewater; 2 brothers, Steven Smith, of New Smyrna Beach and D.J. Dwyer and his wife, Belinda, of New Smyrna Beach; 2 sisters, Becky Johnston of Edgewater and Tricia Wheaton and her husband, Chuck, of Murphy, North Carolina; and 3 grandchildren, Zacharia Jensen, Isabella Jensen and Isaiah Robinson.

Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 19 at Settle-Wilder’s chapel, with the Reverend Andrew Pollock officiating.
