Mary Larson

Mary Larson, age 81, of Edgewater, died at her home on Sunday, December 17, 2017.

 

Born in Minnesota, Mrs. Larson came to this area in 2012 from Crescent City. She enjoyed writing and always wanted to write a children’s book. Mrs. Larson especially loved spending time with her grandchildren, shopping, watching movies, crocheting, knitting and games on her computer.

 

Survivors include her daughter, Brenda (Mark) Dewees of Oak Hill; 2 sons, Ken Fesender of Green Cove Springs, Mike (Crystal Carney) Larson of Crescent City; 3 granddaughters, Leia (John) Dudek of Clearwater, Alexis Larson and Seirra Larson, both of Crescent City; 3 grandsons, Devon (Katelyn Unruh) of Crescent City, Kyle (Faith) Dewees of New Smyrna Beach and Cory (Melissa Kerrison) Dewees of Edgewater; 2 great grandsons, James Larson and John Dudek, III.; and sister, Barbara (Jim) Connolly of The Villages.

 

Funeral service will be 4:00 p.m. Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Settle-Wilder Chapel with the Chaplain Raphael Camilo officiating. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. Family and close friends will gather at 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to a favorite charity of their choice.
