Paula Lacy Obituary
Paula Elaine Lacy, age 76, of Oak Hill, died Friday, March 9, 2018 at Halifax Medical Center, Daytona Beach. Born in Herrick, Illinois to Van and Helen Sarver Cook; Paula was raised in Herrick and later moved to this area in 1971 from Witchita Falls, Texas.
A former manager at Lopez Fish Camp in Oak Hill, Paula knew everyone in the Oak Hill and New Smyrna Beach area. She was a real nice lady that treated everybody as her friend.
Survivors include her husband of 3 years, Hubert Lacy; 2 sons, Steven Selby, of Illinois, and Robert Selby of Deland; a daughter, Patricia Selvestro and her husband Joey, of Edgewater; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 12 at Settle-Wilder’s chapel, with Chaplain James E. Smith, officiating. Friends will be received on Monday, March 12 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Sea Pines Memorial Gardens, Edgewater.
