Cheryl A. Jackson, age 59, of Port Orange, died Friday, July 2, 2021 at Advent Health Hospice, Orange City. Born in Lowell, Massachusetts to Roger and Arlene Mereier Trottier, Cheryl came to the area in 1985 from her place of birth.
Cheryl worked at Bert Fish Medical Center, as a Dietary Aide; she was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, Oak Hill and enjoyed cooking, cleaning and spending time with her children. Cheryl especially enjoyed playing with her grandchildren and loved to take her grandchildren shopping. She was a devoted mother and grandmother that will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
Survivors include her 3 daughters, Stephanie (Jacob) Perkins, of Wisconsin; Christine Trottier, of Jacksonville, and Courtney Jackson, of Daytona Beach; son, Stephen (Jane), Jackson, of Oak Hill; 4 granddaughters, Analeigh Jackson, Mikylah Brinson, Jade Poole, and Madison Jackson; grandson, Tony Brison; brother, Bill Trottier, of Lowell, MA; best friend, Beverly Jenkins, of New Smyrna Beach and parents, Arlene and Roger Trottier, Long Boat Key.
Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, with the Reverend Herbert McGraw, officiating.
