Imogene Weaver

Imogene (Dubois) Weaver, 87, of New Smyrna Beach, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 9, 2016, at Oceanview Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center. Born June 26, 1928 in Darke County, Ohio, Mrs. Weaver graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1946. Imogene married Don H. Weaver in 1948, and they shared 64 wonderful years together, before Don's passing. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she is survived by her four daughters, Chrys Milano of Mt. Dora, Michelle Lee of Scotts Valley, CA, Jill Mannix of Dayton, OH, and Patrice Cooley of Edgewater; grandchildren, Breshan, Rochelle, Melanie, Chad, Justin and Heather; and great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will take place the first week of October at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Mims, where she and her beloved Don may rest together. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Emory L. Bennett Veterans Nursing Home, 1920 Mason Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32117 or to the Southeast Volusia Humane Society, 1200 S. Glencoe Road, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168.
