Whitney Walters Obituary

Whitney Z. Walters, age 72, of Oak Hill, died Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at AdventHealth Hospice, New Smyrna. Born in Ada, Oklahoma to Hugh D. And Dora Elizabeth Wiggs Zachary, Whitney came to the area in 2019 from Winter Springs.

A homemaker, she loved reading and scrap booking. Whitney loved the ocean and snorkeling. She was a wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Allen; two daughters, Gwen (Allen) Reeves, of Oak Hill and Keeley Walters, of Edgewater; two grandsons, Spencer and Harrison Reeves, both of Oak Hill. Whitney was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Leslie Collier.

Services have not been planned at this time, pending family decisions.
