Anna M. Conklin, age 95, of Edgewater, died Friday, February 2 at Halifax Health Hospice, Edgewater. Born in Tuxedo, New York, Anna came to the area in 1982 from Haskell, New Jersey.
She was an assembler for Avon in Suffern, NY for 25 years. Anna enjoyed gardening, keeping everything in order, very active and always busy. Anna was very close to her sister and enjoyed living with her when their husbands passed away. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Survivors include 3 daughters, Joan Warbrick of Suffern, New York, Lois Lange of Greenville, South Carolina and Diane (Sonny) Patrick of Edgewater; 2 granddaughters, Lisa (Denny) Bloomer, of Edgewater and Denise (Dan) Valenzisi, of Edgewater; 5 grandsons, Kevin (Eileen) Warbrick of Tallman, New York, Scott (Tammy) Kruckmeyer of Edgewater, Tommy Warbrick of Suffern, New York, David Patrick of Edgewater and Robert (Amanda) Lange of Edgewater; 11 great grandchildren; sister, Millie Whritenour of Edgewater. Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Oakley; 2 brothers, Alfred and Douglas Green.
Celebration of Life will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 10 at Settle-Wilder Funeral Home with Dr. Devon Jones, officiating.
