Barbara A Standish

Barbara A. Standish, age 84, of New Smyrna Beach, died Sunday October 22, 2017 at her home.

Born in Quincy, Massachusetts, Mrs. Standish, moved to this area in 1987 from Rockland, Massachusetts. She was a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, the Red Hats Society, the Women’s Club, and the Knitting Club which she really enjoyed. Barbara will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include daughter, Cheryl Coates of Daytona Beach; 3 son, Jeffrey (Nancy) Acorn of Rockland, Massachusetts; Bruce (Charlene) Standish of Carver, Massachusetts; Barry (Michael P. Jenks) Standish of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert (Enis) Tombari of Quincy, Massachusetts; Also survived by many extended family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, New Smyrna Beach, with The Reverend Patrick Quinn, T.O.R., officiating. Calling hours will be 12:30 p.m.- 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 25th at Settle-Wilder Funeral Home, New Smyrna Beach.
