Harold Edwards Obituary

Harold Jefferson Edwards, age 63, of New Smyrna Beach, died Thursday, June 7 at Halifax Health Hospice Edgewater. Born in New Smyrna Beach, Harold was a lifetime area resident. He was a retired truck driver and enjoyed country music and NASCAR.

Survivors include a son, Patrick Jefferson Edwards of New Smyrna Beach; a daughter, Hillary Edwards of New Smyrna Beach; step children Joseph and Carrie Meyer, both of New Smyrna Beach; brother, James Michael Edwards of Jacksonville; sisters, Debbie Edwards Carroll of Orange City and Obbie Edwards Patterson of New Smyrna Beach, and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Glenys Valerie Edwards, mother, Lois L. Cook, and father, Earl Jefferson ALum@ Edwards.

Honoring his explicit wishes, there will be no public service.
