Marion Nerenberg Obituary

Marion S. Nerenberg, age 93, died Tuesday, July 31 at Halifax Health Hospice Edgewater. Born in Englewood, New Jersey, Mrs. Nerenberg came to this area in 1997 from Cresskill, New Jersey.

Mrs. Nerenberg was a retired executive secretary in the New Jersey school system, and was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Episcopal Church of New Smyrna Beach. She was loved by family and friends and was always ready for the next adventure.

Survivors include three daughters, Susan Link of New Smyrna Beach, Barbara Crowe of Seattle, Washington, and Marianne O’Connor of Brimfield, Massachusetts; three grandchildren, Ryan O’Connor of Oregon, Elizabeth O’Connor of New York, and James Crowe of Colorado; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Robert Nerenberg.

Services will be later this year.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Halifax Hospice South East Volusia Care Center, 4140 S. Ridgewood Ave., Edgewater, FL 32141.
