Wayne is one of the sweetest men I have ever known. Carol please know he adored you. I just thought you should know that he told everyone how much you meant to him.

As I grow older and a little wiser, I think about all the blessings God has given me in my life, and my Mother and Father always enter my mind, and then my heart begins to fill with the childhood memories of the things we shared together. All the times my Dad tried teaching me, and all the times I didn’t listen even though I heard every word.

His wisdom, strength and guidance taught me to trust in myself and to have the courage and faith to go out in this world and become a Man, a Father and Grandfather.

He encouraged me to reach for the best that life had to offer, and shared in the excitement as I succeeded in every journey. I am truly blessed and very grateful for all the times he picked me up when I fell, rescued me from myself and helped me believe that anything was possible in this world with a little faith.

I am blessed to call you my dad, my hero and my Friend. Through my ups and downs, you’ve always been there. God gave me the greatest gift the day he gave you the strength and courage to be my Father. It takes a special Man to take on the responsibly of a new Family and to see them happy, joyful and loving.

If you see my Dad in heaven, he won’t be hard to miss. He will be the one that greets you with a smile, the one who makes you laugh and the one who will sit with you for a while.

You will always be loved and I will always cherished the lessons, laughter and the fishing trips.

Your Son,
