Andrew Micah Bracker

Please join us in honoring the life and legacy of Andrew Micah Bracker. Drew, age 37, of Oakland, California, and formerly of New Smyrna Beach, passed Sunday, July 30, 2023. Born in Michigan to John and Deloris Bracker, Andrew came to New Smyrna Beach in 2001 where he began to plant his roots. In Florida, Drew began to grow both physically and in his relationships as he shared innumerable memories and grew in love and life.

Drew has been many things in his life, most notably the owner and operator of his family’s business, a renowned mixologist, and a world traveler. Andrew loved the outdoors and spent his time at the beach and sight-seeing. He enjoyed sports of all kinds and played softball all around the nation. He was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend. To know Drew was to know joy. The most selfless and caring person, he was always there to lend a helping hand and touched countless lives.

Survivors include his mother, Deloris Bracker, of Port Orange; five sisters, Jennifer (Chris) McDonald; Michelle (Justin) Parker; Christine (Bill) Ekstrom; Pamela (James) Rau; and Rachel Bracker; three brothers, Kenneth (Jessica) Bracker; Joseph (Olga) Bracker, and Jeffrey Bracker. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Funeral service will be 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 13, 2023 at Settle-Wilder Funeral Home, with the Reverend Wiley Lowe, officiating.
