Brandon Lilly, age 26, died Tuesday, February 21, 2023, in Daytona Beach. Born in Meriden, Connecticut, Brandon moved to Florida as an infant. He grew up in Edgewater and lived in Florida for most of his life.
Brandon was creative, independent, and filled with a deep love for his family. He was a talented artist who loved drawing, and his artwork became part of the many unique tattoos covering most of his body. In his childhood and teen years, Brandon was a member of Edgewater Alliance Church, a terrific baseball player, an accomplished Boy Scout, and an excellent skateboarder. He combined his creativity with his athletic skills by filming and sharing a number of exciting skateboarding videos. Brandon was a beloved son, brother, and father, with a sensitive, tender heart toward those he loved. He was incredibly special, and he will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his mother, DaChay Lilly, daughter, Millianna Walker, and sister, Holly Bowman, all of Ormond Beach; sister, Amanda Uliasz, of Edgewater; brother, Jordan Devin, of Woodland Hills, California; the love of his life, Amanda Walker, of Ormond Beach; and other special children and family, including Layla, Melah, and Liam Harbst, Brianna (Jeff) Goodwin, Faith McCleod, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held Friday, March 3, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at Settle-Wilder Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2023, at Settle-Wilder Funeral Home.
