Cheryl Lynn Newcomb

Cheryl Lynn Newcomb, 66, of South Daytona Beach, Florida, passed away on Saturday, April 18th, 2026. She was born in Daytona Beach, Florida on December 29th, 1959 to Jimmy and Barbara (Morgan) DeLoach.

She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Dorothy and Joe Bell and Robert M. Morgan, Jr.

Cheryl is survived by her children, Steven (Jamie) Newcomb of Port Orange, Florida, Sara (James) Barnes of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Heather (Cameron) Eppes of Edgewater, Florida. She is further survived by her precious grandchildren, Charles, Matthew, Connor, Sammy, Zoe, Ella, Stella, Brooks, and Mia.

She also leaves behind her beloved sister, Patrica Carlin and nephews, Andrew, Jonathan, and William.

During her lifetime, Cheryl worked at J and P Cycles, Chase Bank, and First Data. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, gardening, photography, fishing, and scuba diving.

She will be remembered for her kindness, laughter, and the love she poured into her family. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy will live on in the lives of those she loved.

Per her wishes cremation will be accorded with all services private.
