Christopher Richard Soard

Christopher Richard Soard, age 31, of New Smyrna Beach, died Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at his residence. Born in Daytona Beach to Phillip Richard and Susan Ross Soard, Christopher was a lifelong resident.

He attended high school in Edgewater and spent many years in Maitland. Christopher loved spending time with his daughter, wife and his family. He enjoyed fishing, going to breweries, sports, fantasy football, traveling and spending time with his friends.

Survivors include his wife, Susan, married on October 7, 2022; his mother and father; daughter, Scarlett Anne; brother, Ross Soard; grandmothers, Sue Ross and Martha Trahan; and multiple aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Christopher was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Richard Ross; Frank Trahan and Richard Soard.

A Celebration of Life will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Settle-Wilder Funeral Home with Father Norman Fischer, officiating.
