Cindy Kay Epley

Cindy Kay Epley, age 69, of  Port Orange, died Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Halifax Health Hospice.  Born in Martinsville, Virginia; Cindy moved to this area in 2015 from Slidell, Louisiana.  

A former retail manager; Cindy enjoyed rock and roll music, online games, traveling, taking spontaneous road trips and spending time on the beach.  She was a loved to cook and was excellent at it.  She was proud of being a majorette in high school and she enjoyed her time working at Hubble with her friends in Marion, North Carolina.

Survivors include a daughter, Kimberly Foster; a son, Christopher (Andrea) Gentry; 5 grandchildren, Braydon, Emily, Cassidy, Chanlee and Landrie.  Cindy was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Barry Prillaman. 

There are no services planned.
