Dolores Mae Donnelly

Dolores M. Donnelly, age 90, died Friday January 7, 2022 at Advent Health Waterman, Tavares. Born in Sebring, Ohio to Herbert K. and Eda Mae Hall Collums, Dolores (Dee) moved  to Orlando in the early to middle 1950’s from Ohio, until moving to her forever home 20 years ago.

Dee was registered nurse, she was also a member of First United Methodist Church, New Smyrna Beach and sang in the choir. Dolores loved to travel and worked at Settle-Wilder Funeral Home for several years. Dee was also past President of the Association of Operating Nurses of Central Florida (AORN)

Survivors include her granddaughters, Connie Capraun and Holli Wagner; great grandsons, Adrian, Alijah and Amani; nieces Joyce Allen and Karen Allen Hoffman; nephew Don Heath; son-in-law Steve Capraun. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Captain William Donnelly in 2010; her first husband, Joseph Wagner; daughter, Tereslyn Capraun 2017 and son, Ronald J. Wagner in 2012.

A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church, 310 Douglas St. in New Smyrna Beach FL at 11 AM on Tuesday, February 8th  with Pastor Larry Wilson officiating. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service.
