Donald Moyn Hastings

Donald Moyn Hastings, age 81, of New Smyrna Beach, died Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at his residence. Born in Lodi, Ohio to Austin Starr and Ruth Pauline Reutter Hastings.

A retired truck driver, he was an avid motorcyclist. Donald enjoyed racing motorcycles and cars. He was a devoted husband, father, and step grandfather.

Survivors include his wife of 14 years, Diane; son, Bradley Hastings, of Homerville, Ohio; step daughter, Shannon (Jeffrey) Barnes; step grandchildren, Norah Bacho, Sophia, and Benjamin Barnes; two sisters, Carol Helmers, of Medina, Ohio; and Martha Swenskie, of Seville, Ohio. 
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, and three sisters.
