Donald (Joe) Joseph Langford

Donald Joseph (Joe) Langford, age 69, of Edgewater, Florida passed away peacefully Saturday, June 29, 2024 at his residence.  Raised in Raymond, New Hampshire by Calvin Joseph and Bertha Marston Langford, Joe came to this area in the Mid-70's after graduating High School and then choosing a Florida lifestyle.

A true Family man, Joe lived life to the fullest and was always ready to tell a good story. He was a proud host or participant in every event he was a part of. He was a passionate fan of sports and music. Joe enjoyed making memories with family as a husband, father, uncle, brother, and friend. As a construction superintendent, he was proud of his work at theme parks, resorts, hospitals and many other projects around Florida and New Orleans. He was also proud of his knowledge of working with cars with his brothers, and of his brief time working presidential campaigns in his 20's while his father was a NH State Senator.

Survivors include his son, Dean Joseph (Diana Montanez) Langford, of Edgewater; his daughter, Danielle Jean (Billy) Valladares, of New Orleans;  brother, Ted Langford; three sisters, Beverly Clement, Marylyn Kidder, and Anita (David) Haskill. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and cousins. He is preceded in death by wife Debra Jean Moran Langford; brother Frank Langford; and his parents.

We invite all who can attend to join us in a celebration of life, on Saturday, August 10th from 11am to 2pm at Tiano's Italian Restaurant, 1000 Wayne Ave, New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Joe will be laid to rest in Candia, NH in September, with details to be decided.
