Ellen Ann Lamela

Ellen Ann Lamela, age 64, died Saturday, February 1, 2025 at her residence. Born in Cliffwood Beach, New Jersey to Eugene and Ellen Struble Daly, Ellen came to the area 38 years ago from New Jersey.

She did house cleaning and refinished furniture, which she would sell. Ellen loved gardening, flowers, and going shopping. She loved her family dearly and spending time with them.

Survivors include her son, Anthony (Stephanie) Lamela; 2 daughters, Erin Lamela (Kevin Zeak), and Lisa Lamela (Tony Wann), all of Edgewater; and 7 grandchildren, Kylie, Emery, Kira, Kylee, Aylssa, Camden, and C.J. Ellen was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Tony Lamela in 2021.

There will be private services.
