Obituary
Geraldine McNulty, age 80, of Edgewater, died Friday, August 11, 2023 at Halifax Health Hospice, Edgewater. Born in Albany, New York to Maurice and Marion Backus Theobald, Geraldine came to the area in 1982 from Warren, Vermont.
A retail cashier at Gary’s Market and Walmart, she retired from Walmart after 35 years ago. Geraldine loved playing bingo at Edgewater Fire Station; volunteered at the Salvation Army (Lieutenant), and at NSB Senior Center. She enjoyed taking cruises and took joy in crocheting blankets for her grandbabies.
Survivors include her two sons, Conrad Leroy Gordon III and son, Eric Gordon; daughter, Elizabeth Jean Gordon; sister, Orma Wintemute; brother, George Theobald; step mother, Dolores Theobald; cousin, Mary Jane Smith, of New York. Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Conrad Leroy Gordon II and John McNulty, in 2022; and brother, Richard Theobald.
Celebration of Life will be 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, September 3, 2023 at The Garlic, 556 East 3rd Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32169.
