Glenn Sihler

Glenn Sihler, age 64, of Edgewater, died Sunday November 5, 2023 at his residence. Born in Rochester, New York to Robert E. Sihler and Marcia B. Dunham, Glenn returned to the area in 2016 from Port St. Lucie.

He was a proud New Smyrna Beach High School Barracuda Graduate. He was a United States Air Force parachute packer veteran and later became a building superintendent in the construction industry. Glenn was a beloved coach for football, softball, and baseball. He was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan. He is remembered as great man with a big heart. Glenn loved being a Dad, Grandpa, Coach, Dog Dad, Brother, Uncle and Friend. He adored his children, and grandchildren more than anything else in the world.

Survivors include his mother, Marcia Litchfield, of Edgewater; two daughters, Marcia (Frank) Hays, of Elizabeth City, North Carolina, and Michaela (Jordan) Willson, of Palm Bay; two granddaughters, Piper and Malia Hays; three sisters, Diane Harvey, of Edgewater; Darlene (Marsel) Psomas, of Peachtree City, Georgia; and Cheryl (Mark) Hilldale, of Edgewater; two nieces, Brittany (Caleb) Johnston, and Nicole Psomas; three nephews, Jason Brown, Matthew Harvey, and Nate Psomas.    

Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Settle-Wilder Funeral Home with Dr. Gordon Meier, officiating. Friends will be received on Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
