Guiseppe (Joseph) M. Alfieri

Guiseppe M. (Joseph) Alfieri, age 85, of Edgewater, died Sunday, July 7, 2024 at Advent Health Hospice, New Smyrna Beach. Born in Newark, New Jersey to Gioacchino and Elvira Onorati Alfieri, Joseph came to the area  in 2008 from Papillion, Nebraska.

A retired United States Air Force Vietnam veteran, Joseph worked for Omaha Steaks and Lancer Label. He was a member of St. Gerald's Catholic Church, Edgewater. Joseph was a loving husband, father, and grandfather that will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.

Survivors include his wife, Marie; two sons, Michael and Chris; sister, Ann DeGregorio; and six grandchildren. Also survived by a large extended Italian family. Joseph was preceded in death by his brothers, Sammy and Al; and sister, Mary.
