Janice Isabelle Baird (née Sterner)

November 30, 1931 - January 9, 2024

Of Edgewater, formerly of Chelmsford & Somerville, Massachusetts, Janice Isabelle Baird (née Sterner) passed away peacefully on January 9, 2024. 

Beloved wife of the late William Joseph Baird. Devoted mother to Melissa (and William 'Aztec' Miller), Steven, and Scott Baird.

Born November 30, 1931, in Somerville, Massachusetts, to the late Florence Isabelle (née MacDonald) and Sixten Rudolph Sterner. Sister of the late D. Roy Sterner and his late wife Denise and cherished aunt to Pamela, Christine, John, Donald, Elisa, Diane, Cheryl, and the late Linda Sterner. 

She was an accomplished artist and co-founder of the Merrimack Valley Chorale. Janice's love for painting, singing, and animals, as well as her creative spirit and warm presence, will be profoundly missed by all who knew her. 

A celebration of life will be held at St. Gerard Catholic Church in Edgewater, Florida, on April 12, 10:00 AM.
