Jules D. Steinberg

Jules D. Steinberg, age 73, of DeLand, died Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Vitas Suites at Carlton Shores, Daytona Beach.  Born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Hyman William and Edith Silverstein Steinberg, Jules came to the area in 1970's from Cleveland, Ohio.

 

An independent sales representative in the lighting industry, he loved show dogs and enjoyed going to dog shows. Jules was an animal lover and a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

 

Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Vicki; 3 daughters, Jamie Hage, of Maitland; twins, Mikara and Shanna, both of Maitland; stepson, Brett Ogin; 3 grandsons, twins, Caleb and Jacob Hage and Luke Hage; granddaughter, Lexie Hage; sister, Barbara (Dustin) Mann, of New Smyrna Beach. Also survived by several nieces. Jules was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved dog, Chloe, who he will spend eternity side by side.

 

Funeral service at the graveside will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Sea Pines Memorial Gardens, burial will immediately follow.
