Kenneth A. Berthiaume Sr.

Kenneth A. Berthiaume Sr., age 85, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at his residence. Born in Cohoes, New York to Wilfred and Elizabeth Stewart Berthiaume, Kenneth came to the area in 1986 from Colorado Springs, Colorado.

A United States Air Force veteran, he was a Senior Quality Engineer in the aeronautical industry.  Kenneth was a volunteer at Halifax Hospital Hospice Thrift Store in Edgewater. He enjoyed fixing things and was very handy. Kenneth enjoyed spending time outdoors and playing UNO.

Survivors include his three sons, Kenneth Jr. (Kim) Berthiaume, of Edgewater; John (Lisette) Berthiaume, of Fort Lauderdale; and Mark Berthiaume, of Florida; one daughter, Debbie (Ernest) Snyder, of Florida; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one brother, Wilfred “Bill” Berthiaume, of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Virginia “Jean”, and sister, Gayle Disonell.

Graveside service with military honors will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 8, 2023 at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
