Kenneth Richard Smith

In loving memory of Kenneth Richard Smith of New Smyrna Beach, Florida. 

Born on May 25, 1955 from Rochester, New York. Ken was the proud father to his three girls Sara, Autumn and Kristine, the Papa to their boys and the best friend to his ex wife, Jill Smith. 

Ken passed away with his three girls by his side on February 2, 2024. He showed his strength and will power until the end. 

Kenneth was in the insurance industry for 40 years, which started out with him taking the insurance agent test as a bet. He founded his own family operated insurance business in 1998.

Ken enjoyed building furniture from scratch and was skillful in his craft. He helped build the
original Manatee Park. He enjoyed playing softball in his younger years and dabbled in golf. 

Ken was a man who would help anyone out when needed and cherished the moments spent with his
family. You could always catch him laughing at a good joke. His smile, laugh and playful
camaraderie will be missed.

Ken is survived by his three daughters Sara, Autumn (Jeramy), Kristine (Josh), four grandsons
Ivan, Kingston, Hunter and Parker and his sister MaryEllen.

Ken will be missed everyday by his family. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
