Linda Diane Anderson

Linda Diane Anderson of Port Orange, FL, formerly of Linden, MI, passed away on May 4, 2023.

She was born November 9,1938 to William Everett and Pauline (Robinson) Green.

She was the 1956 Homecoming Queen of her High School in Linden, MI, which is also where she met her husband, Victor Anderson.

As a devoted wife and mother of 3, Linda perservered through much heartache to become a shining example of strength and achievement.

She said she found her career as a registered nurse very rewarding because it allowed her to care for patients in need, especially for the babies in the maternity ward.

Linda also rose to the role of Assistant Director of Nursing for McLaren Hospital driven by her desire to always do more, and to be better.

After retiring to Florida, Linda and Vic still found meaninful ways to contribute to their community. Whether driving patients to and from their medical appointments or joining commitees at their church or HOA, the couple never seemed to slow down.

Linda also enjoyed many leisure pursuits with her husband such as boating and biking (Harleys, not Schwinns).

Preceeded in death by so many of her loved ones, now she can rest and grieve no more.

Surviving are her grandchild Alyssa, niece Debbie Abbey (Larry), nephew Jim Green, great nieces & nephews, and many dear friends.
