Marianne Emma Higgins

Marianne E. Higgins, 96, of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, passed away on Saturday, December 6th, 2025. She was born in Lynbrook, New York on November 17th, 1929.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Emma (Engelke) Janes, one husband, Gerard J. Higgins and son, John J. Higgins.
Marianne is survived by her daughter, Linda Higgins of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, and granddaughter, Samantha Jackson, grandson, AJ (Kara) Suchocki, great-granddaughters, Lacey Willman and Morgan Jackson, step-great-grandsons, Dylan Mann and Gavin Mann.
During her lifetime she was a home maker and took great pride in doing so. In her free-time she enjoyed hobbies, sewing, loved her New York Yankees!
Graveside service will be at 3:00 pm on Friday, December 12th, 2025 at Florida Memorial Gardens in Rockledge, Florida.
Memorials may be made in Marianne's memory to Halifax Humane Society.
