Marjorie M. Hansen

Marjorie M. Hansen, age 99, of Edgewater, died Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Brilliance Assisted Living, Edgewater. Born in Des Moines, Iowa to Benjamin and Lena Gibson Berry, Marjorie came to the area in 2015 from Iowa.

A homemaker, she was a member of Highland Park Lutheran Church, in Iowa. An artist and very creative at crafts, she was a very good seamstress as well.  Marjorie was a sports fanatic and enjoyed playing softball when she was younger. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother, that will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.

Survivors include her two daughters, Julie Larsen; and Janice (James) Speed; son, Tom Hansen; all of New Smyrna Beach; three granddaughters, Erika Salinas, Erin (Pete) Chamberlin, and Ali (Mike) Adams; two grandsons, Tim (Tammy) Speed; and Mark (Ann) Hansen; thirteen great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren.

There will be no service.
