Nancy R. Leisner

Nancy R. Leisner, age 74, of Port Orange, died Friday, August 26, 2022 at her residence. Born in San Diego, California to Stanley Raymond and Rita Margarite Alie Cardany, Nancy attended First Baptist Church, Daytona Beach.

 

She came to the area in 1987 from Fairhaven, MA; was a good cook and enjoyed reading and watching Hallmark movies. Nancy was a devoted wife and mother that will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.

 

Survivors include her husband of 9 years, Bob; daughters, Carolyn (Tammy) Cote, of New Smyrna Beach and Marie (Chris) Wilson, of Land O’ Lakes; granddaughters, Samantha Wilson, of Land O’ Lakes and Kayle Japes, of Orlando; grandson, Bruce Wilson, of Land O’ Lakes and Frank Japes, of Los Angeles, CA; brother, Phil Cardany, and nephew, Chris Cardany, both of CT.

 

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Settle-Wilder Funeral Home, with Pastor Shawn Proctor, United Church of Christ NSB officiating. Entombment will follow at Sea Pines Memorial Gardens, Edgewater. Friends will be received on Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
