Nathan C. Maier

Nathan C. Maier, age 78, of Edgewater, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at his residence.

Born in Philadelphia, PA and raised Lutheran, Mr. Maier enjoyed sports and music. He was a devoted family-man, who loved his family and adored his grandchildren.

Nathan was survived by his son, Nathan C. Maier, III of Edgewater; daughters, Rita (Randy) Bailey and Debra Maier (James White), both of Edgewater; grandson, Nicholas Bailey of Edgewater; three granddaughters, Ashley Tougas (Robert Ingrassia) of New Smyrna Beach, Bobbie Jean Bailey (Johnny Vaglica) and Bethany Tougas, both of Edgewater; two great-granddaughters, Emily Ingressia and Jasmine Vaglica; and sister, Sharon (George) Ackler. He is preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Rita Maier.
