Phillip Wade Simmons

Phillip Wade Simmons, age 60, died Monday, December 30, 2024. Born in Daytona Beach to Preston and Martha Talbott Simmons, Phillip was a lifelong resident.

A pipefitter with Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 295, he enjoyed fishing, football, cooking on the grill, and was a NASCAR fan. Phillip was a homebody and enjoyed getting together with friends and family.

Survivors include his son, Tyler (Alexa) Simmons; granddaughter, Adaleigh; lifelong partner, Veronica Simmons; cousins, Melinda Sulivan Reed, and Sammy Greer; Uncles Billy (Vicki) Talbott, and Ernie Talbott. Phillip was preceded in death by his brothers, Steven Simmons and Blake Simmons and his parents.

Celebration of Life will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 11, 2025 at SNPJ Lodge, Samsula.
