Phyllis Robin Stump

Phyllis Robin Stump of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and Sinking Spring passed away peacefully on January 31, 2025 at the Port Orange Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Port Orange, Florida. Phyllis was the wife of Randall W. Stump with whom she shared 22 wonderful years of marriage. Phyllis and Randy relocated to New Smyrna Beach in 2010 while still spending summers at their home in Pennsylvania.  

Born in New York City, Phyllis was the daughter of the late Harvey J. and Clair (Hirsch) Gould. In addition to her husband Randy, Phyllis is survived by her daughter Carol Cubbison, (Heather) and her two granddaughters Mackenzie and Madison Cubbison.

Phyllis was a graduate of Hunter College in New York City and spent many rewarding years as an elementary school teacher. 

There will be a private Celebration of Life for Phyllis in both Florida and Pennsylvania.
