Ralph "Bro" Lariscy Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ralph E. “Bro” Lariscy, who passed away February 5th, 2025 at the age of 75, surrounded by family in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

Born in West Palm Beach, Ralph was an inspirational man who served with honor and courage in the United States Army during the Vietnam conflict. After his service, he continued to impact lives through his designs at Vanguard/Voit Sporting Goods, always embodying leadership, bravery and compassion.

Ralph is preceded by his father Ralph, mother Cynthiana, sisters Diane Williams, and Lola Lang.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Luwanna, three sisters, Sharon Britton, Betty Leggett, and Nonie Boyer, and a brother, John Lariscy, a daughter Angela (Mickes) Poniris, son Ralph (Renee) Laricsy Jr., three grandchildren, Annastasia (Garrett) Barbosa, Britney (Sean Buice) Poniris, and Ally Lariscy, and three great grandchildren, Aurora, Gwendolyn, and Alexander Barbosa.

He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 13th from 5:00 to 8p.m. at Settle Wilder Funeral Home, 406 S Orange Street, New Smyrna Beach, FL. A service will be held in his honor on Friday February 14th, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, Florida.
