Raymond “JR” Lee Allman Jr., age 80, of New Smyrna Beach, died Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Port Orange Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Daytona Beach to Elizabeth Gardner and Raymond Lee Allman Sr., Raymond Jr. was a lifelong resident, and was raised in Port Orange.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, sports and coaching baseball. Raymond loved spending time with his family, cooking and the outdoors. He was a member of Samsula Hunting Club, Lucky Brothers Hunting Club and SNPJ Club in Samsula.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Bobbi; son, Josh (Justine) Allman, of New Smyrna Beach; grandson, Brantley Allman and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jesse; 2 sisters, Betty and Louise; son, James Allman and his parents.
Memorial service will be Noon, Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Settle-Wilder Funeral Home with Chaplain Kennedy Jacobs, officiating.
