Robert "Bob" Heise Obituary

Robert W. “Bob” Heise, 61, of Edgewater, died Monday, April 24, 2023 at AdventHealth Orange City. Born in El Paso, Texas to G. Fred and Norma McVay Heise. Bob moved to this area in 1977 from Clearwater. He graduated from Mainland High School and attended University of Florida-Gainesville.

A computer programmer, Bob was a member of Grace Episcopal Church in Port Orange. He loved fishing, dancing, skateboarding and sports; especially the Gators and both Buccaneers- Tampa Bay and Mainland High.

Bob is survived by a brother, John (Jean) Heise of Chattanooga, Tennessee; step-mother, Marti Heise of New Smyrna Beach; 2 nephews, Griffin Heise of Cincinnati, Ohio and Alex Heise of San Francisco, California; and a niece, Sommer Howey of Lafayette, Indiana. Bob was preceded in death by his parents.

Service will be held at a later date.
