Sandra Lee Aquino

Sandra Lee Aquino, age 79, of Edgewater, died Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Brilliance Assisted Living Facility, Edgewater. Born on Whidbey Island, Washington to Harry and Charlotte Rhodes Duncan, 

Sandra was a medical assistant that enjoyed cooking, dancing and music. She had an infectious smile and would belch a lot; this brought a lot of smiles to those around her. Sandra was sweet and loving, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Survivors include her children, Kimberli (Kenneth) Berthiaume; Julia (Eric) Kurtz; and Jay (Lupe) Elliott; two sisters, Rita Carson and Kaye Puetz; eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces. Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Aquino, five siblings and her parents.

Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Brilliance Assisted Living Facility, Edgewater, Florida, with Lauren Dunkle, Vitas Hospice officiating.

Memorial services will be held at a later date in Washington state.
