Obituary
William Thomas Ward, II, age 40 years, of Edgewater, died Thursday, August 10, 2023 at his Mother’s home.
Born in Lewiston, New York to William Thomas and Marybeth Gatto Ward, William came to the area in 1989 from Las Vegas, Nevada.
A flooring installer, he enjoyed playing in a band with his friends; very musically talented. William could play almost any instrument. A caring and beautiful person who could light up the room, he liked good food and was a good conversationalist. William loved life, the beach and animals. He was very family oriented and a devoted husband, son and friend.
Survivors include his wife of 13 years (together for 20 years), Nicole; his parents Mary & Bill Ward, of Edgewater; brother, Sam Ward, of Edgewater; and grandmother, Dorothy Gatto, of New Smyrna Beach. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends who will miss him dearly.
There will be no services.
