At Settle-Wilder Funeral Home, we proudly serve many Veterans in our community. When a Veteran opts for cremation, we offer to drape a U.S. flag over them as a fitting tribute while giving aged flags a patriotic "retirement." When you donate a U.S. flag to us, you not only ensure it receives the utmost respect, but we’ll also give you a replacement flag for free. We welcome flag donations year-round, regardless of size or condition.

In honor of the families we serve and the loved ones they’ve lost, we plant a memorial tree in their memory with every online obituary we post. Memorial trees are environmentally sustainable, living tributes to those who are no longer with us. We hope our families find some comfort in knowing a loved one’s legacy is connected to a larger cause: protecting and maintaining the beauty of our world.
